5.1 Data Usage & Disclosure

We strictly adhere to the Google API Services: User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Usage: We do not use YouTube user data for training AI/ML models or for unauthorized advertising. Data is used strictly to provide the requested service, including enabling you to automate video uploads and manage channel content.

• Disclosure: We do not share YouTube user data with third parties. Data is only processed internally within our secure, encrypted infrastructure for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.

5.2 Data Retention & Deletion

Google and YouTube user data is retained only for as long as it is necessary to provide the service. Users may also revoke Nairavillage's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account Security Settings.

• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@leicad.co.uk

• Timeline: Once a deletion request is received or an account is terminated, all associated Google and YouTube user data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
