Whenever I come home from work feeling drained of energy, I usually freshen up and enjoy a glass of chilled smoothie made from banana, avocado, and milk. This helps boost my energy and appetite for dinner. After that, I take some time to meditate on the events of my day and consider how I can improve. On certain days, like Fridays, I like to relax by watching a movie or a comedy show to laugh away my stress. This routine has really helped me unwind after a busy day. You should try it too.
